Refund Policy

The Patch Store stands behind every product we create with exceptional customer service and our commitment to 100% quality assurance. Each patch is custom-made to order, ensuring its uniqueness and tailored to your specifications.

Given the customized nature of our patches, all sales are considered final once an order has been submitted for production. Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled for any reason once in production.

In the rare event that a manufactured product is found to be defective, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost to you. Simply provide a written explanation of the issue within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.

If a refund is requested instead, no replacement will be issued. Refunds will be processed upon the return of the product, after the issue has been confirmed, and the refund will be promptly issued.
