All items will be shipped within 8 to 14 business days after order confirmation and receipt of payment. Shipments occur daily, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are estimated during the initial price quote based on item weight, dimensions, and destination. Payment for shipping is collected at the time of purchase, and this amount constitutes the final shipping cost for the customer.

Change of Delivery Address: Requests for changes to delivery addresses can be accommodated prior to order dispatch. Please contact us via email to arrange any necessary modifications. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery address changes are not possible.

Order Tracking: Upon dispatch, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you. Tracking of your package can be done directly on the carrier’s website using the provided information.

Delivery Time Exceeded: In the event of a delayed delivery, please first review the provided tracking information and contact the carrier directly. If further assistance is required, please contact us for investigation.

Damaged Parcels in Transit: If you receive a parcel that has been damaged in transit, please notify us via email. We will work with you to determine the appropriate next steps, and providing photos of the outer packaging can aid in our investigation.
